  • How much does it cost to rent a bounce house?
    Our selection of bounce houses starts at just $200 for a 6-hour rental period. What sets us apart is our commitment to transparent and all-inclusive pricing. That means when you choose us, you're not just getting a great bounce house; you're also getting delivery, setup, and teardown all bundled into one, upfront price. We believe in making your experience as hassle-free as possible. However, it's worth noting that there are a few scenarios in which you might encounter additional charges. These include deliveries beyond our standard delivery area, extended rental durations (for instance, overnight or multi-day rentals), optional add-ons like generators or attendants for your event, and applicable sales tax.

    King George, VA is our home base, but we're delighted to serve customers all across Virginia. On our website, you'll find a comprehensive list of pricing options that already include delivery to several areas, including King George, Dahlgren, Colonial Beach, Port Royal, Montross, Tappahannock, Bowling Green, Woodford, Spotsylvania, Locust Grove, Fredericksburg, and Stafford. For our neighbors in Newburg, Nanjemoy, Port Tobacco, La Plata, Hughesville, Mechanicsville, and Leonardtown, MD, we're happy to extend our services for an additional fee of $36, which helps cover toll fees associated with those areas. Should your location fall outside of these mentioned regions, don't worry – we're committed to making it work for you. Simply get in touch with us for a personalized quote. Any additional fees incurred in these cases are calculated based on distance, travel time, and fuel costs. It's important to note that these additional fees are designed to be fair, covering our basic expenses rather than serving as a profit center for us. We're here to provide you with top-notch service, and our goal is to ensure your event is a success, regardless of your location.
  • Does KG Bounce Deliver & Setup Equipment?
    Our goal is to make renting an inflatable an effortless and enjoyable experience. To ensure you have the best experience possible, we take care of all the heavy lifting. We handle the delivery, setup, and teardown of the equipment, so you don't have to worry about a thing. All we ask of you is to provide access to electricity and, if necessary, water. Just point us to the perfect spot for your inflatable, and our trained, SIOTO certified team members will take it from there. After the event, our dedicated team members will return to inspect, deflate, and neatly roll up the inflatable. Your convenience and peace of mind are our top priorities, and we're committed to providing you with a seamless and worry-free experience from start to finish.
  • Does KG Bounce have insurance?
    We want you to rent with confidence, knowing that your safety and peace of mind are our top priorities. KG Bounce is proud to assure you that we maintain comprehensive insurance coverage to safeguard both our operations and your experience. Our insurance includes multiple policies, such as General Liability, Commercial Auto, and Workers Compensation. We believe in going above and beyond to ensure the utmost protection for our customers. It's crucial to note that, under the Virginia Amusement Device Regulations (VADR), every operator in the state of Virginia must carry liability insurance. We not only meet this requirement but also exceed it. We understand that not every operator carries insurance due to the associated costs and oversight. When comparing pricing, it's essential to select a company that adheres to the minimum state requirements outlined in the Virginia Amusement Device Regulations. Trust us when we say you should never use a company that lacks insurance. At KG Bounce, we also go the extra mile by covering Workers Compensation, as mandated by state law. In the unlikely event that one of our team members is injured on your property, rest assured that both our team member and yourself are fully protected. For your added peace of mind, some parks, businesses, schools, and non-profit organizations may require to be added as an additional insured. We can accommodate this requirement for a nominal fee. Please keep in mind that a minimum of two weeks' notice is necessary to complete the application, and the additional insured fee is non-refundable. Additionally, we're happy to provide you with a certificate of insurance at no cost.
  • Are there any preparations I need to do before my rental arrives?
    Prior to the setup of your rental in your backyard, we kindly request your cooperation to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience. If you plan to mow your yard, please schedule this at least 3 days before our arrival and setup. Mowing your lawn on the same day as the rental can result in a mess and potential damage to the equipment, for which you may be responsible. We highly recommend contacting 811 before your scheduled event. This service will mark any underground utilities, such as phone, cable, water, sewer, and electric lines, ensuring safety during our setup. If you have an irrigation system, we kindly ask you to mark any lines, heads, meters, and so forth before our arrival. Please note that we secure the inflatable with stakes driven 18 inches or more into the ground, and we cannot assume liability for any property damage below the grass. To set up the inflatable safely, we require a power source within 50 feet of the proposed setup location. This power source must be dedicated to the inflatable for the entire rental duration. If no power supply is available within this radius, we offer the option to rent a generator for an additional fee. For water slides and wet/dry combos, it's essential that you provide a hose that can reach from the water source to the proposed setup location. If your hose is not long enough, we may be able to provide assistance, subject to availability and advanced notice.
  • How long is the reservation/rental agreement good for?
    We take pride in being as flexible and accommodating as possible when it comes to rental times. Our delivery service typically begins at 6 am, and in some cases, the delivery may even occur the day before your event, depending on overall demand. For pickups, we start at 6 pm, and in certain situations, pickups may extend to the following day based on demand. If you're interested in extending your rental beyond this standard timeframe, it's certainly possible but subject to availability. Before and after each rental, our inflatables undergo thorough inspection, meticulous maintenance, and a rigorous cleaning and disinfection regimen.   • What type of payments do you accept?
    We offer a variety of convenient payment options to ensure a seamless experience for our customers. You can make payments using VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, or PayPal. However, if you prefer to pay with cash upon our team's arrival, we kindly ask that you have the exact change ready, as our team members do not carry change. To secure your reservation, we require a retainer of just $1.00 at the time of booking. Please note that this retainer is non-refundable. We're pleased to inform you that there are no payment processing fees associated with credit card payments. This means you can choose your preferred payment method without incurring any additional charges.   • Are we responsible for damage to inflatable?
    All our units are crafted to meet rigorous commercial standards. We take pride in using high-quality 18oz vinyl that is both lead-free and fire-retardant. Our commitment to durability is evident in the meticulous construction of our inflatables, with all seams double-stitched using robust, heavy-duty thread. In addition, our bounces feature reinforced webbing at key stress points, ensuring their longevity and safety. If any damage occurs due to non-compliance with safety rules or negligence, the cost of repairs, or even replacement, may be attributed to the responsible party. The typical replacement cost is approximately $4,000, with potential costs ranging from as low as $2,000 to as high as $8,000. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear. For everyone's safety and enjoyment, we kindly request that you adhere to our safety guidelines. Simply put, if an item has the potential to pop a balloon, stain your white dress, shirt, carpet, or walls, cause injury, or inflict pain, it should not be anywhere near or on the inflatable. Please follow these rules diligently to prevent any uncomfortable situations and ensure a memorable and safe experience for all.

  • What is the cancellation policy?
    You have the flexibility to cancel your reservation or rental agreement at any time before the scheduled event. Please note that the initial retainer paid during the reservation process is non-refundable. While there are no cancellation penalties for same-day cancellations, we kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel your reservation. This advance notice helps us better manage our bookings and accommodate the needs of all our customers.
  • What is your severe weather policy?
    In recent years, it has become evident that even the most experienced meteorologists often struggle to accurately predict or forecast the weather. As a result, we find it necessary to continuously monitor weather conditions leading up to and including the day of your reservation. During periods of severe weather, such as heavy rain, high winds, thunderstorms, hail, or even tornadoes, we retain the right to cancel your reservation or rental agreement to ensure the safety of all involved. In cases where conditions appear less than ideal but not necessarily severe, and there is potential for improvement throughout the day, we will offer you the choice of proceeding with the rental or not. It's important to note that if weather conditions do not improve or deteriorate, there may be limitations on the use of the equipment for your safety. We do not offer any type of refunds or credits shall you decide to proceed with the rental and are unable to use the equipment.
  • What is your policy regarding wind?
    At the end of the day, our primary goal is to ensure that everyone has a fantastic time, but the safety of all participants is our utmost priority. If wind speeds exceed 15 miles per hour, we kindly request that all riders promptly exit the inflatable and switch off the blower. During the entirety of your event, we recommend keeping a vigilant eye on wind conditions by observing the treetops in your yard and nearby areas. As a general rule, if you notice your pant legs flapping in the wind, it's likely that the wind speed has surpassed 15 mph, and we urge you to have riders exit the inflatable and power down the blower. Given that high winds tend to occur in intervals of 30 minutes to 1 hour, we kindly ask for your patience in waiting for the winds to subside before restarting the inflatable and allowing riders to return. This ensures a safer and more enjoyable experience for everyone.
