A dedicated power outlet must be located within 50 feet of the setup area. Please note that this must be an actual power receptacle—extension cords cannot be used.

If you plan on using the inflatable as a water slide, we recommend adding a tarp at checkout. Tarps help keep the unit clean. Please be aware that a $150 cleaning fee will apply to any inflatable returned in a condition requiring additional cleaning beyond normal use.

A water hose is required for water units. The hose must be long enough to reach from your water source to the setup location. Our delivery team may have hoses available; however, they are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
