To ensure you always get the best deal, we regularly review our prices against competitors. If you find a comparable rental at a better price, let us know! We’ll assess the offer, compare the level of service, and beat it. More than just price, we’re dedicated to giving you a seamless, stress-free experience from start to finish.

Best Price Guarantee (BPG) Terms & Conditions

At KG Bounce, our Best Price Guarantee (BPG) allows us to remain competitive by monitoring retail trends among local competitors within a 25-mile radius of our office. All price match requests must be submitted and approved by management prior to booking a reservation. KG Bounce will review all submissions within 24 hours; however, incomplete or missing information may result in processing delays. Please note that the BPG program does not apply to completed rentals.

How to Qualify for Our BPG Program

To take advantage of our Best Price Guarantee, please send one of the following to events@kgbounce.com:

  • A direct link to the competitor’s item or quote, or

  • Attach copy of the competitor’s quote.

For a competitor to qualify under our BPG program, they must:

  • Operate within a 25-mile radius of our warehouse.

  • Maintain an active website and/or Facebook page showcasing their inventory and pricing.

  • Be in good standing with the State Corporation Commission.

  • Possess the necessary licensing and insurance for their operating area(s).

We do not honor price match requests from:

  • Facebook Marketplace listings.

  • Competitors who do not comply with Virginia Amusement Device Regulations.

  • Handwritten quotes or estimates.

  • Events located outside a 25-mile radius of our warehouse/office.

Program Modifications & Limitations

KG Bounce reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Best Price Guarantee program at any time, with or without prior notice. Additionally, we reserve the right to decline any price match request at our discretion.
