2026–2027 School Year
KG Bounce is proud to support local schools by offering a FREE Dunk Tank Rental for qualifying school-sponsored events during the 2026–2027 school year. The following terms and conditions apply:
1. Eligible Schools & Service Area
This promotion is available exclusively to public and private schools, PTAs, PTOs, and recognized school-affiliated organizations located within the following school divisions/service areas:
- King George County Schools
- Westmoreland County Schools
- Colonial Beach Schools
- Caroline County Schools
- Stafford County Schools
- Fredericksburg City Schools
- Spotsylvania County Schools
Schools or organizations located outside of the areas listed above are not eligible for this promotion.
2. Qualifying Events
The free rental must be used for an official school or school-affiliated event, including, but not limited to:
- Field Days
- School Carnivals
- Fall/Spring Festivals
- Fundraisers
- Teacher Appreciation Events
- Back-to-School Events
- Student Reward or Celebration Events
- PTA/PTO Events
Private parties, employee personal events, non-school community events, and events hosted by unrelated third-party organizations do not qualify.
3. What's Included
The promotion includes the rental fee for one (1) standard dunk tank for a qualifying event.
Standard delivery, setup, and pickup are included only when the event falls within KG Bounce's normal delivery schedule and operational capacity.
Additional equipment, attendants, generators, hoses, water service, special delivery requirements, or other services are not included unless specifically stated in writing.
4. Availability
All rentals are subject to equipment availability, delivery capacity, staffing, scheduling, weather conditions, and other operational limitations.
The free rental does not guarantee availability on any particular date.
Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, and schools are strongly encouraged to reserve as early as possible.
KG Bounce reserves the right to limit the number of complimentary school rentals accepted on any individual date or weekend.
5. Delivery & Scheduling
Because this is a complimentary community program, KG Bounce may require flexible delivery and pickup times.
Depending on our delivery schedule, equipment may be delivered before the event date and/or picked up after the event.
Requests for guaranteed delivery times, narrow delivery windows, after-hours service, expedited delivery, or other special scheduling accommodations may be subject to additional charges or may not be available.
6. Water & Site Requirements
The school/event organizer is responsible for providing:
- An adequate and accessible water source
- A standard garden hose capable of reaching the setup location
- A level and accessible setup area
- Safe and reasonable access for KG Bounce's delivery team and equipment
KG Bounce does not provide water as part of this promotion.
The customer is responsible for obtaining any required school, property, municipal, or other approvals necessary for the dunk tank to be placed and operated at the event.
7. Reservation Requirements
A reservation must be created and confirmed through KG Bounce.
The reservation must be made by an authorized representative of the school, PTA, PTO, or qualifying school-affiliated organization.
KG Bounce may require a valid credit/debit card to remain on file for the reservation even when the rental balance is $0.
8. Cancellations & Weather
Dunk tank operation is subject to weather and safety conditions.
KG Bounce reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or discontinue use of the equipment when weather, site conditions, safety concerns, or other circumstances make operation unsafe.
Complimentary rentals canceled due to weather or other circumstances are not guaranteed to be rescheduled and remain subject to future availability.
9. Limitations
Unless otherwise approved by KG Bounce in writing:
Limit one (1) complimentary dunk tank rental per eligible school during the 2026–2027 school year.
The offer:
- Has no cash value.
- Cannot be exchanged for another rental item.
- Cannot be converted into KG Bounce Rewards or account credit.
- Cannot be transferred to another school, organization, individual, or event.
- Cannot be applied retroactively to previously completed rentals.
- Cannot be combined with another promotion to create a credit or cash value.
- Is subject to KG Bounce's standard rental agreement, safety policies, and operating requirements.
10. Community Program
This complimentary rental program is voluntarily offered by KG Bounce as a community-support initiative. Participation in previous years or events does not guarantee eligibility or availability for future complimentary rentals.
KG Bounce reserves the right to modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue this promotion at any time based on equipment availability, staffing, operational capacity, safety concerns, abuse of the promotion, or other business considerations.
Offer valid for qualifying events during the 2026–2027 school year and subject to availability.
