KG Bounce Rewards Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the KG Bounce Rewards program. By enrolling in or participating in the rewards program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Program Overview:

KG Bounce Rewards is a customer loyalty program offered by KG Bounce that allows eligible customers to earn “Bounce Bucks” on qualifying reservations & events that can be redeemed toward future rentals and services. Participation in the program is free & voluntary.

Eligibility:

Membership is open to individuals age 18 or older. Enrollment is completed automatically at the completion of your first event. Only one rewards account is permitted per customer unless otherwise approved by KG Bounce. Businesses, schools, churches, nonprofits and/or organizational accounts may qualify for membership at the discretion of KG Bounce.

KG Bounce reserves the right to refuse, suspend or terminate membership at any time for suspected abuse, fraud or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

Earning Bounce Bucks:

Members earn ONE (1) Bounce Buck for every ONE ($1) dollar spent on eligible rentals and services. Bounce Bucks are earned based on the pre-tax subtotal of completed qualifying bookings. Bounce Bucks are not earned on: Taxes, Delivery Fees, Overnight Fee, Equipment Protection Plan/Damage Waiver, Tarps, Damage Fees, Cleaning Fees, Tips & Gratuities, Cancelled Bookings or Complimentary or promotional rentals unless otherwise stated.

Bounce Bucks are typically added to the member’s account after a qualify event, reservation or booking has been completed and paid-in-full. Bounce Bucks are processed manually and may take 7-10 business days after your completed booking to appear in your account.

Checking Bounce Bucks:

At this time your Bounce Bucks balance may be checked by emailing events@kgbounce.com, bouncerewards@kgbounce.com or by calling 1-800-689-7130 during normal business hours. You will be required to provide your rewards account number. Your rewards account number is your home or mobile phone used at your initial reservation. At the time of your confirmation call to arrange setup & delivery, a team member will check your available rewards and offer to apply any available points to your reservation before final payment is completed.

Bounce Bucks Redemption:

100 Bounce Bucks equates to $5.00 in reward value. Bounce Bucks may be redeemed toward eligible future bookings and rentals. Bounce Bucks have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash. Rewards may not be sold, transferred or exchanged. Bounce Bucks may only be used by the account holder associated with the rewards account. Unless otherwise state, Rewards cannot be applied toward taxes, fees or gratuities. Rewards may not be combined with certain promotional offers or discounts.

Bonus Bounce Bucks Opportunities:

KG Bounce may offer bonus Bounce Bucks through promotional activities including but not limited to: first time bookings, repeat bookings, customer reviews, photo & video submissions, seasonal promotions, referral programs and social media engagement. Bonus opportunities may have additional requirements, limitations or expiration dates.

Google Reviews & Photo Review Bonuses must reflect genuine customer experiences. Must comply with Google’s review policies. May only be awarded once during the customer’s lifetime with KG Bounce. Fraudulent, duplicate or misleading reviews may result in removal of bonus points.

KG Bounce reserves the right to approve, deny or remove bonus rewards at its discretion.

Membership Tiers:

Membership status is determined by qualifying annual spending between January 1 and December 31^st. Tier status earned during a calendar year applies to the following calendar year.

Tier benefits, discounts and perks are subject to availability and cannot always be guaranteed. May vary by season or inventory availability, cannot be transferred or substituted, may not apply to all rental categories.

Free overnight rentals, discounts and promotional benefits apply only to eligible items and qualifying bookings as determined by KG Bounce.

The Platinum “FREE Movie Screen or Dunk Tank Rental” benefit is limited to one redemption, per qualifying membership year. Subject to availability. Does not include delivery, staffing, setup fees, taxes or additional add-ons unless otherwise stated.

Blackout Dates:

KG Bounce Rewards does not currently utilize blackout dates for Bounce Bucks redemption or any other perks associated with each tier membership level. However, all rentals remain subject to equipment availability, scheduling availability, weather policies, delivery limitations, operational capacity.

Participation in the rewards program does not guarantee reservation availability.

Account Management:

Members are responsible for maintaining accurate account information. KG Bounce is not responsible for lost rewards due to incorrect account information, technical issues, unauthorized account access, delayed rewards posting caused by system outages, errors or payment issues. Members should notify the rewards team promptly regarding suspected account issues. The rewards team can be reached by emailing bouncerewards@kgbounce.com.

Expiration & Account Inactivity:

Points earned, expires 18-months from the time they are posted to your rewards account. Most points are posted within 7-10 business days after your event has been completed. Expired points cannot be recovered.

Points added to your account due to a credit of your deposit because of a cancelled event, follow the above rules. Deposits that are turned into reward points will expire within 18-months of being issued. Deposits converted to points are typically posted same day or next business day.

Program Changes & Termination:

KG Bounce may modify, suspend or terminate the KG Bounce Rewards program at any time without prior notice, including: point earning structure, redemption values, membership tiers, program benefits, promotional opportunities and eligibility requirements.

KG Bounce reserves the right to cancel or revoke rewards in cases involving fraud, abuse, misrepresentation, chargebacks, policy violations and/or attempts to manipulate the rewards system.

Limitation of Liability:

KG Bounce is not liable for system interruptions, technical failures, delayed rewards processing, lost or expired rewards, unauthorized account usage. Participation in the program is at the member’s own risk.

Acceptance of Terms:

By reserving and completing your first booking, you are automatically enrolled and accept the terms outlined above. If you wish to opt-out of the rewards program, please email bouncerewards@kgbounce.com to have your account removed. Any points earned, will be forfeited.
